The Sunday Edit – utility room inspo, the importance of seeing friends and an award nomination

1.Let’s take a moment to appreciate this laundry room! Isn’t it just gorgeous? It’s by Neptune and I realised after reading for a moment it belongs to none other than Instagrammer Vivienne Cutler.

A few Neptune kitchens and utility rooms have stopped me in my tracks recently and I am saving all the images just in case I need it for a future project!

If you fancy a peek at my utility room, have a look here.

Here’s a round up of my favourite utility/laundry room essentials:

2. I have been nominated for an Amara Interior Blog Award again this year. I am in the Best Use of Photography category which is so flattering as I am self taught and put so much time and effort into my photography alongside the interiors element and my blog.

I need votes to make it through to being shortlisted and would LOVE your help! The competition is tough so every vote will help.

It only takes two seconds and I would appreciate it so much!

3. In the last couple of weeks I have been zipping about to see friends.

It has been so good to have a last catch up before the baby comes. It reminds me that even when there isn’t loads of time, carving out some to spend with friends is so important to fill your cup up.

4. Have you heard of the Law of Attraction?  Victoria from Apartment Number 4 has written a beginner’s guide to the Law of Attraction and it has seriously got me thinking.

My new-week plans now consist of getting back in to the habit of writing in my gratitude journal and revisiting my vision board.

5. I am in the process of packing my hospital bag and considering what i’ll be wearing in the first few weeks post birth.

The lovely Bonsoir London sent me this gorgeous shirt nightie (*gift) which is brilliant now and will also be great when the baby comes for breast feeding.

Thinking of cosy cuddles with a little one in PJs has *almost* got me looking forward to the end of the summer and cooler temps!
